I see and hear from communists an anger towards Trotskyism. Can someone from an anti-Trotskyist position explain the reasons to avoid Trotskyism.

When you're in the process of applying for a job, and your prospective employer wants to know whether you're passionate about the work and how you're going to make/save them money or improve their bureaucratic standing, or both, is that analogous to a king requiring your love and your promise to battle on his behalf?
