Where should I ground myself when using ESD band?

When opening servers, several manuals and videos advise wearing ESD protection wristbands, so basically your body is grounded.

In this case, should I ground it to the wall grid, or the server's metal chassis?

Yes, both of them should be all the same ground provided that the server is properly installed, but who knows?

Couldn't find an answer so therefore I'm here to ask.
