[MSNBC] Pro-Paxton PAC gets generous ahead of Texas AG’s impeachment trial

Defend Texas Liberty donated $3M to support Dan Patrick's campaign. Dan Patrick will be deciding what evidence is admissible during Paxton's trial, as he will be presiding over it. Dan Patrick is also not up for re-election until 2026.
