Thank you for sharing! I’ll plan to make a trip downtown and support them.

Whoa. I’m glad Kotek had him taken back into custody. 😮

After so many incidents, I don’t know why she’s allowed out of jail.

I saw on their website that they have a $33 all you can eat option! That’s a good price for sushi! So many things are expensive these days so this makes me excited! Thank you again!

I don’t know this one—thank you! I’ll add to my list. :)

Totally agreed on Yama. I don’t care for most of the rolls and the options are almost overwhelming on that front, but the fish is good quality, service is good, and, like you said, prices are decent.
Thank you for your input!
Hi! I’d like to know your favorite sushi spots in Portland (doesn’t matter which neighborhood). I think my favorite so far is Zilla. I’m curious about Nimblefish, but I’ve read several complaints that the portions are tiny and not worth the cost. I also like Yama and Mirakutei. I’ve been to Bamboo and while it’s tasty, I’m not impressed. Thank you!

We’ve been setting ours between 72 and 75. 72 is a bit cold for me so sometimes I put on a light sweater.

Whoa—thank you for that warning!

Wow—thank you for such a detailed response! This definitely gives me a better idea of the differences and how they work. I’ll give Bitwarden a try. I see it recommended several times in other responses and your detailed description gives me confidence you know what you’re talking about. Thank you again!

Thank you! I asked the other commenter this question as well, but would it be possible for the password to the manager to be breached?

This may be a dumb question and I see here as well as elsewhere that a password manager is the best option. What makes a password manager safer than managing passwords yourself? I see the efficiency and ease of us aspects, but I’m less clear on the security portion. Thank you!

I’m sorry for the multiple posts! I had issues posting so I kept trying.
Hi! Since I’m pretty new to Portland still (under a year), this being my first summer here, and in an effort to get more discussion going here, I want to know what your favorite summertime activity here is. It would be great if it was in/around Portland, but I’m open to anywhere within a 5-hour drive from Portland for weekend getaways. It can be trips, hikes, restaurants, something similar—I want to know! Thank you in advance!

We have a very cute rabbit in our yard, but it’s eating our plants and making some messes. I tried to search online and didn’t have luck so I thought I’d try here. Is there any type of program where we can trap and release the rabbit? Preferably, I’d like someone to pick up the rabbit rather than transport it myself. I’m currently renting and the yard is already fenced in mostly so I’m hesitant to install another fence. I also want to get rid of the rabbit in a kind and as humane a way as possible. This is the second rabbit in the area that I know of and this one is much smaller than the first so they’re procreating. I don’t think this one-time trap-and-release will solve the issue entirely. Since this is likely to be an ongoing issue, perhaps I should learn where to drop them off rather than have someone come out each time I trap one… Thank you in advance for the help!
Recently, I asked about u-pick strawberry suggestions and want to give an update. Unfortunately, strawberry season is pretty much over. We went to Columbia Farms on Sauvie Island and we were able to pick a few pints before the rain rolled in. They closed a bit early for the day as a result. We then went to Pumpkin Patch and Topaz. Both said strawberry season was short this year and essentially over. Topaz has cherries if anyone is interested in those. They also suggested Columbia Farms so for those who want to try their luck, go there. Thank you to those who gave recommendations! I plan to come back at various points in the year to pick other fruit so it’s good to know where some of the farms are!
I’m pretty new to Portland still and would like to check out some U-pick farm spots. With so many options, which ones do you recommend? I want to go to Sauvie Island since I’ve never been, but I’m wondering if I should go elsewhere in case the places there are over-picked. I’m specifically looking at Pumpkin Patch, but I’m open to suggestions. I would be willing to drive about an hour out in any direction since it would give me a chance to look at new places along the way. I’m also looking at Blooming Junction in Cornelius. The farthest west I’ve been so far is Beaverton. Thank you!
