Fascism and supremacism should be fought in all its forms
I wonder, how serious are you about the "all it´s forms" part, considering you chose to not put Israeli in that list?

Seems like that is what those TWWH Empire guns are based on:

Correct, I wonder why it´s depicted so short though. You can´t stop charging cavalry with something that short I think. Also:
The goedendag was probably set in the ground secured by the fighter's foot and aimed with both hands
From the article you linked.

There are some parts where it’s nice to let the dog out and bike along side her where it would be nice to have more stability at low speeds
Valid point, non leaning trikes are optimal in that scenario. I wish you could rent one.
However, we do ultimately plan to get a two-wheeler when the time comes to purchase our own.
Best choice in my opinion!

Most cargo trikes are hard to handle at higher speeds, especially when cornering or braking. There is the Babboe Carve which allows leaning into the curve to help avoid that disadvantage.
I tried leaning chassis trikes from cheaper ones like Chike to overpriced hipster stuff like Butchers&Bicycles. They all rode pretty horribly, compared to a proper two wheeler, especially during breaking or cornering.
This seems to be a similar “fix” for a two-wheeler weakness. Not entirely pointless…
I have been selling cargo bikes and trikes for several years and have never witnessed that "weakness" you talk about being an issue.
cross-posted from: https://lemmy.world/post/14351273 > >Designed by Gerry Fox in the early 1970s, this carbine saw production sequentially as the Fox Carbine, the TAC-1, and the XF-7 Wasp, as it went through several different manufacturers. It is an open bolt, semiauto carbine sold in both 9mm Parabellum and .45 ACP – and you could get caliber conversion kits consisting of a bolt and barrel assembly to swap caliber on an existing gun. In 9mm they used Sten magazines, and in .45 then used M3 Grease Gun magazines. > > >The gun was marketed to law enforcement audiences as well as civilians, but never found any LEO success. A fully automatic version was also made, but similarly saw little popularity (because of the cost of NFA registration in the 1970s and 80s). > > ![](https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/1d6807b3-3ac0-4081-ad14-749bfbaedb36.jpeg) > > >Mechanically, the gun is somewhat akin to the Soviet PPSh, which an upper cover that hinges open and a bolt which is square on the bottom and rounded on top. The TAC-1 version had a few neat additional features, namely a combination lock built into the receiver and a battery in the fixed wooden stock to power a stun gun/baton device for police use. The Wasp replaced the wooden furniture with a fairly clever collapsing metal stock... > > ![](https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/3db3c7cf-1681-47c1-ac57-ea86517346bf.jpeg) > > Ian's video [16:42] > > https://youtu.be/R7pSobtlfKI

Please let me know how to use this. Your help is very appreciated. Edit: This is not a ready meal, it´s an ingredient and I am interested in what recipes to use it for.
Today I would like to introduce you to Small Lebowsky, an austrian artist who became a living legend with a cult following on german speaking reddit communities. Especially the biggest german meme community r/ich_iel loves him for posting a new frog drawing every wednesday, always titled "Es ist Mittwoch meine Kerle" - "It's Wednesday my dudes", which he kept up for several years if I'm correct. Some time ago he stopped the traditional Wednesday frog posts on reddit and took a break, to soon after resurface on lemmy/mastodon. His style is characterized by clear lines and is strongly influenced by manga, anime and Japanese pop-culture, as well as western fantasy and science fiction. His drawings are usually stuffed with -more or less insider- references and easter eggs for the viewer to find. I know there are many recipes online but I would love to get to know what your favourite recipe to make at home is. I made mostly vegan Kimchi in the past but I am ready to try recipes with fish sauce now because I have no more vegan girlfriend to consider in my cooking. My standard is that I pre cut nappa cabbage in ready to eat size, salt it for at least a few hours and then wash it to clean it and to get the salt off. I make a sauce from Korean red pepper flakes, ginger, garlic and spring onions. Sometimes I also put in onions, carrots, radish and pear too. I usually add some soy sauce (as a umami replacement for fish sauce). Then I make a slurry by cooking up some rice flower and water and mix that with the sauce. Afterwards I mix the sauce into the cabbage, put everything in a large container and let it sit at room temperature until fermentation sets in. After that I keep my kimchi on slow fermentation in the fridge. What is your standard, what can I improve? Looking forward to reading your recipes and ideas!
Open in new tab for full size. Enjoy!

All my comic art posts have been destroyed and are empty posts now. I was not even contacted a single time about this and honestly can´t think of a reason because I had uploaded exclusively "safe for work" and apolitical material. We are trying to build a community for european graphic novels like "Tintin", "Lucky Luke" and "The Incal" and I put a lot of love in those posts because I want to help make our community interesting and grow. However - I have been stongly discouraged to contribute content now that I have seen it gets arbitrarily wiped by anonymus admins. How can I find out what happened, who deleted my stuff and why they did so? How can I avoid this happeing to my posts in the future?

I got banned for a day. There was zero communication about it. I simply could not log in any more without any prior warning or any information about what was going on, or about the reason for the ban. This seems like a pretty bad practice because it wont give the user any chance of knowing what they did wrong and how to change their behavior to avoid breaking the same rule again in the future. Even now with my account unbanned, the modlog does not tell me any of those things. I think it is essential to let anyone who gets banned know: - Why they were banned, including which rules they broke and in which statements/comments/posts they did so and how, to enable people to actually improve their behavior. Otherwise banning is pointless because users will just make a new account on another instance without changing their behavior - That they were banned, I was super confused when I just couldnt log in any more suddenly - For how long they were banned, I only found out about the duration of my ban by checking the modlog - Who banned them, to make a conversation possible and also to make sure some admins/mods don´t abuse their privilege It would also make sense to have a warning/strike system in place so people don´t just suddenly get banned without ever knowing they did something wrong
