I recently went in for emergency surgery. Stayed in the hospital for 10 days to recover. On the last day, the doctor came in and said "you'll be discharged today". I packed my stuff and they rolled me out the exit. While waiting for the cab, I thought they have forgotten to give me the bill. I asked the nurse and she said, "there's no bill." It was the best cab ride home ever.
Doctors, nurses and staff at the Grey Nuns Hospital were short staffed but phenomenal, professional and compassionate. Emergency wait was more than 10h due to lack of staff.

The camera is a bonus IMHO. So many close calls of drivers texting, on the phone, not paying attention or just having the blank stare that I would like to save and share.

Seriously curious on case outcome. OPP and the arresting officer should be embarassed for years to come. I see a lawsuit coming. The id10t so called neighbor should pay the legal costs.

This is the third arrest within a month. It's too easy to get into Canada due the the relaxed federal immigration policies. It may be too late but we need to tighten up who we let into the country.

Yep, we have all of the above. I still see bewildered drivers in the bike lanes every week.

Come to my city, Edmonton, Alberta. Vehicles regularly drive on dedicated bike lanes. Poor signage, barricades and dumb drivers.

With the budget cuts in CAF, I doubt we'll be getting new ones. I think this is our PM posturing to appease NATO. Just like the F-35, this is going to be a gong-show.

I know that feeling. Mine was taken too. But I got it back after giving the guy a good beating.
I saw some guys downtown with power saws cutting bike locks.

These auto-fill title can be misleading. I will pop this into the alt title. Thanks!
If I'm still alive by end of June, sure I'll visit some sites. YEG drivers have been trying to mow me down on my bike everyday.

Prices have gone up everywhere. I've switched over to farmer's markets to support local farmers and the odd run to local grocery/butcher shops. I don't think this boycott will make a dent for Loblaws. But it's the concept that counts.

I find that I have more time to react to pedestrian's or avoid collisions when I'm doing 30-40 km/h in a playground, school or residential area. The only problem is most times drivers behind me are inpatient. They honk or try to overtake. Classic Edmonton drivers.
This guy deserves a medal. At first I thought, meh just another guy doing good stuff. Then I watched the video.
I noticed the concrete barricades on the Valley Line tracks were removed earlier this week. Be on the lookout if you are driving, walking or biking close to the tracks. These trains are super quiet.
This is very scary and yet they have to do this in their daily commute to school.
