Yeah, but why do we want to store food? The few days of early friendship isn't worth it, and you'll only really be seeing the benefits way down the line

I see this sentiment a lot about silos, and I don't agree.
I used to be the same. Always get a silo before a coop to... what, exactly? A silo does three things:
- Gives young animals food
- Give animals food on rainy days
- Give animals food in winter
But those three are the vast minority of an animal's time on the farm, and by the time you get to winter you'll have one anyway.
The 500g is much better spend on seeds or an earlier coop. The animals can eat grass anyway, it gives more friendship than hay.
Buy the silo when you have money, like after the first harvest in summer

Grey, female, cartoonish with that weird bob round kind of look that comes with bushy brown hair that's slightly longer than shoulder length, slightly larger than a ping pong ball, wooden square/rectangle, no.

I see a lot of people saying that this is an accessibility thing, while also allowing you to not miss anything important
But a well designed, uncluttered environment can do both of these things while giving you a more immersive experience
But we can't do that, because we're in an endless chase to get the most realistic graphics, and how else are we going to show that off than overly detailing each pixel of stationary on a worker's desk?
I also see a lot of people saying "just don't use the feature if you don't like it"
There's a famous quote I like. "Given the opportunity, players will optimise the fun out of a game". And you can bet your ass I do that. In any game with this "scan" feature, I'll be tapping that like a relapsing porn addict, looking for any new quest npcs, missed collectables or just to see if I'm on the right path. I have a similar issue with minimaps, as they have a comparable effect on gameplay

I'm currently writing a small literature review on tgf-b and SMAD signalling in cancer for uni rn
And I'm really confused why this one paper's talking about how miR-520h induces the tgf-b/smad7 pathway but also binds to and suppresses smad7
Like why on earth is it activating the tgf-b/smad7 pathway, a pathway that stops stuff like the epithelial mesenchynal transition, if it's just going to bind to smad7 anyway???
Worst thing is, I can't find any other papers on why this actually happens
I swear I'm just dumb at times ;-;

We had a tiny chihuahua cross (rescue, we don't know exactly what she was) who would scale 1.5 meter tall wooden fences on our farm
No idea how she did it

Why do studios seem to insist on sticking "SSD required" on their AAA games?
That's not getting into the clusterfuck that's the pricing and denuvo

There might be something wrong with me, but I've opened this up like 3 times absent-mindedly and chortled
There's something so stupid about buzz just saying "skin cancer" with the rest of the meme cut off

Sm2 was really good, don't get me wrong, but there is nowhere near enough coop/single player content yet for them to be thinking of a sequel already.
Release a fully baked game without a 2-year content road map before thinking about a sequel

I love the campaign and the coop, but the pvp is weird. You feel big and heavy when moving around, but melt in half a second when fighting somebody. For a game with relatively low movement options, I'd prefer everybody to be a bit more beefy and have a higher time to kill
