Sounds like he's just listened to War of the Worlds? Cylinders came from Mars, slowly unscrewed themselves and out popped critters larger than a bear, with snake-like tentacles.

Cheaper to hire a daycare staff member for your home instead?

Sorry. You're not a tenant of this place. Maybe try another account with the same email address but a different password that is from a home or work or student or was made by your employer or by you or is attached to your domain name, and give us the code on your authenticator and the one we just pretended to email you and sorry something went wrong and we need to quit and you need teams classic or modern or your OneDrive for business or personal or the sync service isn't running..
Or local account.

As a heavy user of Playit Live, Excel with macros and Google Drive, I'm stuck in a Windows World for a while yet. The first two could maybe run in Boxes if I send the audio to a USB device.

So, could users just ignore that and just buy an anti-virus product or use 0patch? If it's like Widows 8, most apps will still be updated for a few years.

You can easily make one by adding a thermostat inline with the power cord to a chest freezer.

The crappy one in my Motorola g84, and anything fairly close with good lighting.
I do have a second generation Sony Mavica though - one that takes floppy disks.

Not sure I trust Reckon to work indefinitely. I think it still has to phone home every five years or so, but not sure.

I guess I'm used to mashing volume up if I like what I'm hearing. If you're used to holding the button down instead then yeah it would be annoying.

Hehe.
It will of course be degraded, but I'm only sending it to my tech limited relatives who don't use any apps other than WhatsApp.

Yep.
In the mean time, on my phone at least, holding volume up makes it skip 30 seconds. Good if phone is with you at the time.

On thermostats it's the difference between the off and on temperatures - like if you set it to 24 degrees, you could have a hysteresis of 1 degree, meaning it'll turn on again at 23 degrees. (Or something like that.)

Gotta watch out for your Brother's Canon.
I'm not too sure about KyoSarah either.
Found in a shopping mall in Armidale, Australia.
Decided to restore this old thing from out in the shed. It was in the weather for a couple of years, and I think it's 20+ years old. Replaced the pump with a USB powered 5 watt silent one. Replaced the halogen lamp with an LED one. Cleaned as much as I could. Seems to be working well. How long the $12 ebay pump lasts remains to be seen. Johnny Castaway is in a strange world! For some reason the screen is not resetting between scenes, giving him an unusually busy world. It's running 24/7 on XP but it's a 16 bit app. Video at https://youtu.be/TJGfDPGogiM?si=JZM1JPSITt8Bt2ea
Day and night he runs around on top of the fish tank. Maybe one of the coconuts was bad...
She actually has four legs but tends to sit on one.
