How does she consistently end up assigned to Trumps related cases? How small is the judges pool in that area?

Been on Lemmy a few months now and it feels like moving from shitty Digg to fresh Reddit. I had canceled my account on Reddit even before the last enshitification, and kept just reading. Lemmy feels good enough to participate in posting and commenting. Small is good.

Thank you, I agree the binding is okay. That's what I enjoy about inktober. The drawing don't need to be perfect, each ones I did I found something to like in, and learned from the mistakes. It's all about putting XP's in the drawing skill. Note, it's white pen and a touch of gray brush pen.
Used this as reference : https://i.pinimg.com/originals/9a/08/42/9a08423a1051f0b40b5f008e655ecd51.jpg The dices are mangled, and the perspective of the white one is flipped from that of the book. I knew something felt wrong but could'nt put my finger on it while drawing.

I always struggle with perspectives. from memory, the best explanation I found about subjects relation to the horizon, depending on the viewpoint.

Tried to put down light gray guide lines first, it didn't help much. Learning by failure. Reference :https://gomotors.net/pics/Volkswagen/volkswagen-westfalia-06.jpg?i

I still don't know what she is famous for. Should I care about this?
The shape is wonky and the pistils crown looks wrong. Making mistakes is part of Inktober... At least I had fun shading with inks. Reference : https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/bf/Sunflower_from_Silesia.JPG

Love the drawing, I also recognize the kid face. I was trying to convey that on top of walking I bore my kids with mundane stuff only I find interesting. But yeah ill Take that sticker and show them next time they grunt when I find yet another cool looking tree trunk. :)

Am I your dad? I Love dragging my kids on hikes. I can tell from his expression that he's explaining to you how that rock face formed and that it s the perfect habitat for that very common and bland flower that is everywhere around. Also did you know that the water carved the Canyon below. See that white vein in the rock, that was my a crack thatgot filled in by mineral water over thousands of years....

Good thing this is not a contest. Thanks for sharing the references I was about to ask when I saw the links in your title. Together the pictures and your drawings will be great to study.

I feel like the spider is the victim here. That guy is about to rummage through her stuff with his crotchety hand.
Exploring ideas for today's theme, none really inspired me. Coping mechanism kicked in : Exploration is part of discovery, those are ink drawings. Well done Kaput post that shit to Inktober. Now if someone discover something in it, I'll be validated.
Hasty scribble to start the month. Got a tiny sticker for the effort.
La course.
The great wilderness.
Secret Queendom
Self portrait.
A few Camping drawings I feel like sharing. Each have their stories.
Lac Bellevue, réserve faunique de Portneuf. Balade sur l'eau tôt le matin, seul dans la brume avec les oiseaux. Je ne connais rien de plus paisible.
Had a glorious nap today. It's a cheesy drawing, but that's how good it felt.
